Based on the dismantled inner shell of the furnace and the existing project documentation, we prepared comprehensive project documentation and carried out the manufacture and assembly of a new inner cylinder of the furnace.

Due to long service intervals, customers often have no access to manufacturer support, as facilities such as this one (built in 1960) have long been out of warranty periods, meaning there is no longer access to the original contractors. In this case, we took over the entire execution of the reconstruction of the steel parts of the furnace, which also included cooperation with other contractors, such as furnace builders.
