Turning of pin bores
We perform machining of pin bores, where we can dismantle the existing pin on site and adjust the pin size using welding and machining – either by repairing the existing pin or by manufacturing a larger pin for the bore.
Our machining enables turning up to a diameter of 400 mm and a length of 2 m.
Rubber belt vulcanization service
Using the hot vulcanization process, we join rubber belts with textile inserts up to a width of 1200 mm.
Vulcanization of transport rollers
Our company offers repair of rubber coatings on conveyor rollers for belt conveyors. The process includes removing the worn rubber coating, repairing or aligning the shell, and then applying a new rubber coating to the conveyor roller using an adhesive process.
For various types of use, we offer a wide range of types and thicknesses of rubber coatings, including profiled, smooth coatings, and coatings with ceramic inserts.
In addition to vulcanization, we also offer repair of damaged roller shafts and replacement of bearings and seals, which ensures reliability and efficiency in the operation of conveyors.
